Fresh Flower Donations for the Altar
If you would like to give a donation of fresh flowers for the altar, please contact the church at least 3 days before Sunday.
Church facility rental rates
Rates apply to members and the public. Terms as of Maret 2024.

Additional terms
- After the traditional ceremony ends, the coffin is moved out of the hall right away.
- Use of the church for Christmas is Rp1.500.000 and already includes air conditioning.
- A martumpol or pamasumasuon service for non-members is charged Rp500.000. The collection is split 50 percent for the huria. The only instrument provided is a keyboard.
- Extra equipment in the church, hall, or GSG: air conditioning, sound system, or lighting Rp300.000 per unit. Video Rp100.000.
- A decoration flower fee from outside vendors for the church, hall, or GSG is Rp100.000 per building and is charged to the vendor.
- The church's musical instruments and sound system are not used if the congregation brings instruments from outside.
- The GSG, hall, or classroom for sector partangiangan and choir groups is only for members whose homes are not adequate.
Engagement and wedding
The requirements for martumpol and tarpasupasu at HKBP Glugur.

Members of HKBP Glugur bring a letter of introduction from the sintua or sector elder. Attach a copy of the Baptism Certificate and Confirmation Certificate.

Non-members of HKBP Glugur bring a Certificate of Congregation Membership from their home church.

Bring 2 paired passport photos, size 6x4. All documents are submitted a week before the day.

A wedding conversation or counseling is held 2 to 3 days before the day by the pastor who gives the blessing.

The martumpol and tarpasupasu ceremonies are provided by the huria.
