Who we are

• Data you provide through forms: name, email, phone number, message, review, photos, bulletin files, and other attachments you send.
• The content of conversations you type into the Digital Servant chatbot.
• Automatic data as you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and your interactions such as movement and clicks through analytics tools.

How we use data

We use data for the following purposes.

• Answer your requests, reports, and questions.
• Review and display the reviews, photos, or bulletins you submit.
• Run the chatbot and answer your questions.
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Keep the site secure from misuse.

Cookies and tracking technology

The site uses cookies and similar technology.

• A language preference cookie to remember the language you choose.
• Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records visit sessions and heatmaps of movement and clicks anonymously to understand how pages are used.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data. Data is shared only with service providers that keep this site running.

• Emails you send through the forms are forwarded to the church administrator's and developer's email through the Gmail email service.
• Google for analytics and maps, Microsoft for Clarity, and OpenAI to process chatbot messages.
• Content you choose to make public, such as approved reviews, is visible to other visitors.

Storage and security

Approved reviews and verified photos are stored on the site's server. Emails and attachments are kept in the administrator's inbox. We protect the data with reasonable security measures, but no system is fully secure. We keep data as long as it is needed for the purposes above or as long as the law requires.

Public content you submit

The reviews you send may appear publicly along with your name, or as anonymous if you choose, and the date. Approved photos may appear in the gallery. Do not send information you do not want displayed publicly.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To do so, contact us at hkbpglugurmdn@gmail.com. You can also ask us to delete your review.

Children's data

This site is meant for the congregation and the general public, not to collect children's personal data specifically. If you are a parent and find that your child has submitted data, contact us so we can delete it.

The site contains links to third party services. Their privacy policies apply when you open their sites. We suggest reading each one's policy.

Changes to the policy

We may update this policy. Changes take effect after they are posted on this page with an updated effective date.
