About this site

This is the official site of HKBP Glugur, a church in Glugur Darat, Medan. The site contains church information such as the profile, worship schedule, history, ministry, digital books, bulletin, gallery, and how to contact us.

Information on the site may change at any time. We try to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee it is always complete or current. For important matters, contact the church office.

Using the site

You may use this site for personal and non-commercial purposes. When using the site, you agree not to do the following.

• Use the site for unlawful purposes.
• Disrupt, damage, or overload the site's system.
• Send spam, viruses, or harmful code through the forms.
• Harvest site data in bulk without permission.

Content you submit

The site provides forms to submit reviews, gallery photos, worship bulletins, and correction requests. When you submit content, you confirm that you have the right to that content and that submitting it does not violate the rights of others.

By submitting content, you give HKBP Glugur permission to review, edit, display, or remove that content on the site. We may reject or remove unsuitable content without notice. Reviews appear publicly after review. Photos and bulletins are shown after verification.

• Do not submit content that is abusive, defamatory, misleading, or unlawful.
• Do not submit other people's personal data without permission.
• Do not submit copyrighted material belonging to others without the right to do so.

Digital books and third party content

The Alkitab text is provided through the SABDA API (alkitab.sabda.org). Buku Ende and Kidung Jemaat come from public datasets. The copyright to each piece of content stays with its owner. This site displays it to serve the congregation.

Digital Servant (chatbot)

The site provides a chatbot named Digital Servant that is supported by artificial intelligence. Its answers may be wrong or incomplete. Do not treat them as an official decision. For certainty, contact the church directly.

Donations and offerings

The Saweria donation link on the Developer page is voluntary support for the volunteer developer of the site, not a church offering.

Official offerings for HKBP Glugur are sent through the church account listed on the Information page. This site does not process any payments directly.

Intellectual property rights

The name, logo, and emblem of HKBP belong to Huria Kristen Batak Protestan. The text and layout of this site were made for the ministry of HKBP Glugur. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Links to other sites

The site contains links to third party services such as Google Maps, YouTube, and Facebook. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those third party sites.
